In January 2022, Indian jobseeker portal Jobringer, property of Jobtech Ventures Private Limited, an allied concern of HINDCO Consulting Services - a leading Executive Search Firm of India, suffered a data breach disclosing personal information of more than 200k jobseekers who applied for a job, and more than 100 employers who were registered at the main website, including full names, addresses, emails, passwords hashes ($2y$10$), phone numbers among others.
