I think it is not necessary to use cookies. It is your proxies which is causing the issue. I would recommend you to get better private proxies. You can try webshare.io,iproyal,ipvanish proxies scraped from an account,awmproxies etc (not a promotion) . They work well for me....- KTL

Atom, go to telegram desktop, if you dont have one,got to telegrams official page and download it and then login with your phone number and do the otp stuff and when everything is ready,go to the search icon on the leftmost top side and type/paste "in4kbot" and then press enter,you will see the in4 bot there,click on it and do the instructions i mentioned above : )- KTL

Atom, The bot's username is '@in4kbot'. Open the bot and click on the yellow button (picture given below). And then paste your username and password and hwid which you get from the bot and paste it there.
